​To provide, through the Jones-Robinson Scholarship Fund, financial help for low-income students seeking higher education. 

​Promote the enhancement and unification of the Madison community.

Promote and initiate cooperation between organizations in the Madison community.

Improve and increase the number and status of present and future Black firefighters in Dane County.
